Our service
The buyer's warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery to the end of the period.
During the warranty period, if the buyer finds any defect of the contract equipment during use, the seller is responsible for free repair, if it cannot be repaired, the seller is responsible for free replacement of new qualified products. If the buyer returns the equipment due to quality problems, and the third-party testing agency issues the inspection quality report, the Seller is responsible for the cost of recovering the equipment, and refund the amount of the contract equipment within one week after determining the return process. The seller shall not be liable for all other consequential losses.
