Definition: CD electric hoist is a type of wire rope electric hoist. It drives the drum to rotate through the motor and uses the wire rope to achieve the lifting and lowering of heavy objects.

Drive system:

Reducer: Reduces motor speed, increases torque, and ensures a smooth lifting process.
Lifting mechanism:
Drum: Wraps wire rope and realizes lifting and lowering of heavy objects through rotation.
Wire rope: Carries heavy objects and needs to be checked for wear regularly.
Hook: Connects heavy objects and has an anti-unhooking device to ensure safety.
Operating mechanism:
Wheel set: Installed at the bottom of the hoist, it can move horizontally along the I-beam track.
Operating motor (some models): drives the wheels to achieve horizontal operation.
Control system:
Control button: Usually a handheld operator that can control lifting and running actions.
Electrical box: Contains components such as contactors and circuit breakers to achieve circuit control and protection.
Working principle of wire rope electric hoist:
Lifting process: The motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, the wire rope is wound on the drum, and the hook is pulled up to lift the heavy object.
Descent process: The motor reverses, the drum releases the wire rope, and the heavy object descends under the action of gravity. At the same time, the brake controls the descending speed to prevent overspeed.
Horizontal movement: The operating mechanism drives the hoist to move horizontally along the track to adjust the position of the heavy object.
