Definition: QD double-beam crane is a type of general bridge crane, "QD" is the model code, where "Q" stands for crane and "D" stands for double beam. It supports the lifting trolley through two main beams, and has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, large span and high working efficiency.
Main structure:
Metal structure: including main beam, end beam, outrigger (partial type), etc., adopting reasonable box beam design to ensure structural strength and stability.
Lifting trolley: The trolley is installed on the main beam of the crane. The trolley includes a lifting mechanism (motor, reducer, drum, wire rope, etc.) and a running mechanism, which can move horizontally along the main beam.
Trolley running mechanism: drives the crane to run longitudinally along the factory track travel.
Electrical system: controls the start and stop, speed regulation, limit, etc. of the crane, including control cabinet, operating table, cable, etc.

Working characteristics:
Wide lifting capacity range: usually the lifting capacity is 5-500 tons, which can be customized according to needs.
Working level: mostly A3-A7 (according to GB/T 3811-2008 standard), suitable for medium or busy working environment.
Operation mode: supports ground operation, cab operation or remote control operation, with high flexibility.

Classification method:

According to the use environment: divided into ordinary type, explosion-proof type (suitable for places with explosive gas), insulation type (used in the power industry), etc.

For example, "QD16t-22.5m-A5" means:
QD: double-beam bridge crane;
16t: rated lifting capacity 16 tons;
22.5m: span (the distance between the center lines of the two tracks) is 22.5 meters;
A5: working level, representing the load status and utilization level of the crane.
