Suspension Single Girder Overhead Crane

Suspension single Girder Overhead cranes are cranes that suspend and fix the beam on the building's running track (I-beam). The location and span of the running track can be freely set, making it most suitable for production lines, etc. It can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is the most widely used and largest type of lifting machinery.

Main Beam

■ Adopt box beam, submerged arc automatic welding, non-destructive detection arc meets and exceeds national standards.

■ High-quality carbon steel Q235B or Q355B or Q355E.

Drive Mechanism

■ The operating mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive system of motor, reducer and brake to achieve three-in-one drive and improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.

■ The motor adopts a three-phase AC variable frequency motor.

■ The reducer adopts a hardened gear reducer.

■ The brake adopts an electromagnetic brake, and asbestos-free brake pads and brake discs are used.

Wheel Part

■ The wheel is made of 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel, and the overall quenching and tempering treatment is high in hardness, wear resistance and long life.

■ It has the characteristics of high hardness, strong bearing capacity, wear resistance and long life.

■ The bearing adopts self-aligning bearings.

■ Adopts angle round box and buffer device.
