Product Introduction

Single Girder semi gantry crane is a crane with one end of the bridge beam directly supported on the track and the other end supported on the track through the outriggers. Its lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and bridge structure are basically the same as those of the bridge crane; and the other end, that is, the end with the outriggers, usually runs along the track laid on the ground.

This structural design can make more full use of the columns and brackets of the factory building, saving production space; secondly, the semi-gantry crane can also be used in conjunction with the bridge crane in the same workshop, which more effectively improves the utilization rate of the factory space and work efficiency. Therefore, it is often used in modern industrial factories.

■ Metal Parts

This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, outriggers and lower cross beam. The main beam and the lower cross beam are box-shaped structures welded from four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of thick-walled rectangular tube structures; the electric hoist runs directly under the lower flange plate of the I-beam of the main beam. In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, outriggers and lower cross beam are connected as a whole with M20 bolts.

■ Operating mechanism

The drive system adopts a three-in-one structure of motor, deceleration and brake. This makes the drive structure of the electric flat car more compact, the transmission efficiency is further improved, and the maintenance is easier than the traditional belt acceleration and deceleration device.

■ Steering part

The crane can move straight and turn horizontally. The upper part of the traveling wheel is equipped with a steering gear. The equipment can control the steering motor through the remote control button during the movement or parking, and adjust the angle of the traveling wheel through the output gear of the reducer to achieve the steering purpose.

The wheel is made of steel with rubber (the wheel material is forged wheel, and the wheel is covered with polyurethane)
