With the automation upgrade of manufacturing industry and the improvement of warehousing and logistics efficiency, traditional bridge cranes are gradually unable to meet the needs of space-constrained, high-frequency, and low-load operation scenarios due to their large size and high cost. Nowadays, electric single-beam suspension cranes have solved this problem. With its compact structure, flexible installation, and controllable cost, it has become the first choice for industries such as automobile assembly, electronic manufacturing, and warehousing and logistics.

While enjoying the convenience of the electric single-girder suspended crane, we also need to pay attention to its usage precautions. Here is a brief explanation for you, hoping it will be helpful for you to use the product
Core principles: Prevent overloading, ensure safety, and conduct frequent inspections
Overloading is strictly prohibited
Load ≤ rated value (less than 10 tons), oblique pulling and lifting are prohibited (Angle ≤5°).
Environmental adaptation
For explosion-proof environments, Ex d motors should be selected. In damp/corrosive places, IP54 protection is required.
Daily inspection
Steel wire rope (wear ≤10%), brake, limiter, hook (no cracks).
Operating Specifications
Work with a valid certificate and follow the "Ten Do Not Lift" (such as do not lift if the signal is unclear or there is someone under the lifted object)
Emergency response
Cut off the power immediately in case of malfunction. Do not operate while faulty. Regularly practice emergency response plans.
