(1) The power supply of the crane is three-phase AC (three-phase four-wire system), with a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and a voltage of ≤1000V (it can also be 3kV, 6kV or 10kV as needed). The voltage fluctuation of the power supply system at the access point of the crane feeder should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage.
(2) The installation of the track for the crane operation should comply with the GB/T grade tolerance requirements.
The grounding resistance value of the crane operation track should not be greater than 4Ω.
The altitude of the installation and use site of the crane shall not exceed 1000m (when it exceeds 1000m, the capacity of the motor shall be calibrated according to the provisions of GB 755, and when it exceeds 2000m, the capacity of the electrical components shall be calibrated).
(3) The radiant heat temperature of the hoisted objects on the crane hook shall not exceed 300℃.
(4) Climate conditions when the crane is working indoors:
The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed +35℃;
The ambient temperature shall not be lower than -5℃; the relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40℃.
(5) Climate conditions when the crane is working outdoors:
The ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃, and the ambient temperature is not lower than -20℃. The relative humidity is allowed to be temporarily as high as 100% when the ambient temperature does not exceed +25℃.
(6) The working wind pressure should not be greater than: 150Pa (equivalent to level 5 wind) inland, 250Pa (equivalent to level 6 wind) along the coast; the maximum wind pressure in non-working state: generally 800Pa (equivalent to level 10 wind), which can also be agreed upon separately.
