Warmly welcome overseas customers to our factory for acceptance of the trackless gantry bridge crane
Recently, the order from a user in the Philippines was successfully completed and passed the on-site acceptance by the user representative. This acceptance is not only a crucial step in the delivery process but also a further demonstration of CATET's high-end equipment manufacturing capabilities.
After arriving at the factory, the customer representative, accompanied by the CATET project engineer throughout the process, conducted a systematic acceptance of each major component of the equipment one by one. The engineer explained to the client one by one the technical requirements and production control standards of each part from aspects such as raw material selection, welding quality, processing accuracy of key components, and wiring specifications of the electrical control system.
After the on-site acceptance process was completed, the customer showed a strong interest in the structural design of the trackless gantry bridge crane. CATET engineers took the initiative to invite customers to the meeting room. Based on the structural drawings and 3D design models, they gave an in-depth explanation of the design principle of the entire machine, the load transmission path, the force distribution, and many key technical details.
The customer representative stated: "This is the first time we have introduced trackless crane equipment. CATET not only provided technologically mature and reliable products, but also demonstrated outstanding professional support and communication efficiency throughout the process." We look forward to further in-depth cooperation with CATET in future projects.
This acceptance inspection is not only a routine check before equipment delivery, but also a true reflection of CATET's technological accumulation and manufacturing strength in intelligent mobile lifting solutions.
