The structure of electric hoist is composed of motor, reducer, brake, drum, wire rope, hook group, complete set of electrical appliances and wireless remote control.
- Lifting reducer: It adopts planetary gear reducer system, which has the advantages of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, low noise and large output torque. Compared with the traditional gear system, the planetary gear system can transmit power more effectively and improve transmission efficiency.
- Compact structure: The overall design is compact, and the direct connection is adopted to combine the motor, reducer and brake, which effectively improves the transmission efficiency, minimizes the various transmission parts required for the lifting mechanism, reduces the overall size and weight of the equipment, and also reduces noise.
- Lifting motor: It adopts a three-phase variable frequency brake motor, with a standard protection level of IP54, insulation level H, and can choose IP65 and F levels. The lifting brake adopts maintenance-free asbestos-free brake pads with a high number of uses.
- Electrical mechanism: The lifting and running mechanisms adopt full variable frequency control, which can be set to dual speeds. The inverter control has smooth operation and can achieve stepless speed regulation. The inverter can also reduce the energy consumption of the motor and has many protection functions, such as: Overload protection: When the motor load exceeds the rated value, the output is automatically cut off to prevent the motor from burning. Overvoltage/undervoltage protection: When the grid voltage fluctuates, real-time monitoring and protection of the motor from overvoltage or undervoltage shocks. Overcurrent protection: When the motor starts or runs in the event of a short circuit or stall, the current is quickly cut off to protect the motor windings.
- Operation mode: The operation modes of electric hoists include wireless remote control and wired handle operation. The wireless handle is suitable for a longer distance, simple and convenient to operate, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.
